Dr. Robinson is the Founder and Director of the Canorous Institute of Musical Excellence (CIME), a nonprofit organization providing conservatory-level training for serious student musicians and rigorous professional development for working music educators across the Katy-Cypress-Waller corridor of greater Houston, Texas.
Mission
CIME exists to fill a critical gap in music education — bringing conservatory-level instruction and rigorous educator development to a community that deserves both.
What CIME Offers
Camps & Intensives — Immersive summer camps and seasonal intensives that push serious student musicians beyond the classroom
Community Choirs — Ensemble training for youth and adult singers, building musicianship and lifelong artistry
Educator Development — TExES certification preparation and TEA-approved continuing professional education for working music educators

CIME is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Tax-deductible gifts fund scholarships, faculty stipends, and programs that make conservatory-level training accessible to more students and educators each year.
